益气养阴活血法对2型糖尿病患者血管内皮黏附状态及炎症损伤影响的临床研究

摘    要:目的观察遵照益气养阴活血法则组方的纯中药制剂丹蛭降糖胶囊对2型糖尿病患者血管内皮黏附状态及炎症损伤的影响,探讨其延缓2型糖尿病血管并发症的机理。方法将66例2型糖尿病气虚阴亏血瘀证患者随机分为治疗组(n=34)与对照组(n=32),两组均常规给予西药口服降糖治疗,治疗组加用丹蛭降糖胶囊,疗程均为20周;治疗前后分别检测空腹及餐后2h血糖、血清胰岛素(INS)和胰岛素抵抗指数(IRI)、可溶性血管细胞黏附分子-1(sVCAM-1)、血清超敏c反应蛋白(hs—CRP)水平。结果治疗组在应用丹蛭降糖胶囊20周后,INS、IRI、sVCAM-1含量及hs—CRP水平均明显改善。结论益气养阴活血方能改善2型糖尿病患者血管内皮黏附状态及炎症反应,减轻内皮损伤,对于延缓2型糖尿病血管并发症有积极的意义。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the intervention effect of Danzhijiangtang Capsule (DJC) whitch has the efficiency of Yiqiyangyinhuoxue on Type 2 diabetes' vascular endothelium injury induced by adhesion condition and inflammation, to approach its mechanism of delaying the occurrence of vascular complication.Methods:66 patients were randomly devided into two groups including DJC trial group (n=34) and western medicine control group(n=32),the two groups were treated by routine method while DJC trial group additional used DJC.The therapy lasted for 20 weeks. Detectd the level of FBG, 2HPG,INS,IRI,hs-CRP,sVCAM-1 before and after the therapy.Results: Comparing with that of control group, the relative index improved significantly 12 weeks later, including INS,IRI,hs-CRP and sVCAM-1.Conclusion:Yiqiyangyinhuoxue efficiency can significantly improve Type 2 diabetes'vascular endothelium injury,delay the occurrence of vascular complication.
