阳性强化疗法对慢性精神分裂症患者康复疗效的观察

目的：探讨阳性强化疗法对住院慢性精神分裂症患者的康复疗效。方法：对60例住院慢性精神分裂症患者在药物治疗的同时进行6个月阳性强化疗法,用阴性症状量表（SANS）和护士用住院患者观察量表（NOSIE）评定。于应用前后分别进行对照比较。结果：阳性强化疗法治疗前、治疗6个月后对照比较,SANS总分及各因子分均明显低于应用前,NOSIE总分及总消极因素分低于应用前,总积极因素分明显高于应用前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：在抗精神病药物治疗的基础上,辅以阳性强化疗法,对住院慢性精神分裂症康复有效。

The efficacy of positive reinforcement therapy on the rehabilitation in patients with chronic schizophrenia

Objective： To explore the efficacy of positive reinforcement therapy on the rehabilitation of hospitalized patients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods： The positive reinforcement therapy was applied in 60 inpatients with chronic schizophrenia for 6 months.The efficacy was assessed with the negative symptoms scale（SANS） and the Nurses Observation Scale for patients（NOSIE）.The efficacy was compared before and after application.Results： SANS total score and factor scores were significantly lower than those of the pre-application,negative factor score and total score of NOSIE were lower than those of pre-application.The total positive factors were significantly higher than that of pre-application（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Based on antipsychotic treatment,combined with positive reinforcement therapy were effective for hospitalized patients with chronic schizophrenia.
