| 摘 要： | 本文对琼玉膏在通便作用方面进行了药理研究，结果表明：琼玉膏２．５ｇ／ｋｇ及１０９ｇ／ｋｇ对燥结失水型便秘小鼠的排便功能有促进作用，能使排便粒数增加（Ｐ＜０．０１）；琼玉膏上述二剂量对燥结失水型便秘小鼠的肠管含水量有增加作用，能使小肠湿重、小肠含水量、大肠湿重、大肠含水量明显增加（Ｐ＜０．０５～０．０１）；琼玉膏对正常小鼠小肠推进功能无明显影响，但当小鼠小肠推进功能为阿托品的作用而出现缓慢时，琼玉膏则对小肠推进功能有促进作用。结果提示，琼玉膏对燥热或阴虚燥结便秘者，有一定的润肠通便作用。

| Abstract: | The laxative action of Qiongyu Gao in mice was investigated. The resultsshowed that the preparation, at dosages of 2.5g/kg and 10g/kg, increasedthe quantity of feces (p< 0.01) and the wet weights and the water contentsof the small and large intestines (p<0.005-0.001) in mice with constipationinduced by dehydration. Besides, it also improved the retarded transport ofa charcoal meal induced by atropine, but didn't interfere with normalgastrointestinal motility. The results suggest that Qiongyu Gao have theaction of moistening the intestine and relaxing the bowels for the consti-pation of dry-heat type. |
