假性动脉瘤破裂出血的实验与救治研究

摘    要:目的:探讨假性动脉瘤破裂出血的原因与临床救治的效果。方法:对20例兔假性动脉瘤动物模型进行血流动力学研究,分析23例瘤壁破裂出血患者的诱因与临床治疗方法。结果:动物实验人血流为涡流,瘤壁顺应性较低,血流阻力大,可导致瘤体逐渐增大,临床23例患者治疗均获得成功。结论:假性动脉瘤血流动力学改变,可导致瘤壁增大,破裂,感染可减弱瘤壁强度,是导致破裂的重要因素。

Abstract:Objective To study reasons for rupture of traumatic false aneurysms and related clinical treatment effects.Methods The hemodynamics was studied on the rabbit model of false aneurysm in 20 cases,and treatments on 23 cases of ruptured pseudoaneurysms were analyzed.Results Experimental results showed that the flow type of the aneurysm was eddied flow,compliance of the wall was lower,and resistance of blood flow was bigger enough to expand the body of the aneurysm gradually.Clinically,all 23 cases were curedConclusion The hemodynamic change is the basic reason for expanding and breaking of the wall of the aneurysm.Infection,lessening the strength of the wall,is one of the important reason for disruption of pseudoaneurysm.
