老年高血压病血压水平与颈动脉内膜中层厚度关系的研究

目的 探讨老年高血压病患者血压水平和颈动脉内膜中层厚度（IMT）的关系。方法 选择老年高血压病患者80例和老年健康查体者75例，以彩色多普勒超声测定两组IMT。结果 老年高血压病组随血压增高，IMT逐渐增厚，56例患者有颈动脉斑块形成．斑块检出率显著高于对照组。结论 超声检测高血压患者的颈动脉情况，可以判断动脉粥样硬化程度，监测高血压病的进展、预后，在高血压动脉粥样硬化防治监测上有重要意义。

Study the relationship between the level of blood pressure and carotid intima-media thickness (IMT) in the elderly patients with essential hypertension

Objective To study the relationship bwtewwn the level of blood pressure and carotid intima-media thickness (IMT) in the elderly patients with essential hypertension. Methods 80 elderly patients suffering from essential hypertension and 75 healthy elderly people were selected. Carotid IMT was determined by high resolution ultrasound. Results Among 80 hypertensive cases, with blood pressure became higher, carotid IMT was significantly thicker. 56 cases were found with carotid artery plaque. The ratio of plaque in the elderly patients with essential hypertension was significantly higher than that in the normal controls. Conclusions Carotid artery ultrasound can account the extent of atherosclerosis, monitor the progress and prognosis of the essential hypertension, have a great significance on prevention and therapy for atherosclerosis.
