盐酸班布特罗对支气管哮喘的疗效

目的 评价新型长效β_2激动剂-盐酸班布特罗片剂治疗支气管哮喘的疗效和安全性。方法 采用随机单盲对照和开放试验,对103名哮喘患者进行为期4周(口服盐酸班布特罗片剂10 mg～20 mg每晚一次)的疗效观察,并进行剂量滴定。结果 治疗组(50例)和开放组(53例)的临床控制率分别为46％和49.06％,有效率分别为94％和92.45％。治疗2周肺功能即有显著改善。剂量滴定试验提示部分患者的合适剂量为每日20 mg。不良反应发生率为8.74％,主要表现为手抖,心悸和头晕,并不影响治疗。结论 盐酸班布特罗片剂是安全有效的长效支气管扩张剂。

Efficacy evaluation of hydrochloric bambuterol tablet in treating bronchial asthma

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of a new long-acting B2-agonist-hydrochloric bambuterol tablet in treatingasthma. Methods Using randomized,single-blind control and open trial, 103 asthma patients were treated with hydrochloric bambuterol for 4 weeks, 10~20 mg, once-every evening, and the dosage be titrated. Results The clinical control of symptoms in the trial group(50 cases) is 46% and 49. 06% in the open group(53 cases) .respectively. The efficacy percentage of the treatment is 94% and 92. 45%, respectively. The lung function had been significantly improved by the end of 2 weeks period, the dosage titra-tion suggests that the apropriate dose is 20 mg/d in some of the patients. The frequency of the adverse reactions is 8. 74%,involving tremor, palpitation and dizziness. Conclusion The hydrochloric bambuterol tablet is a safe and efficient long-acting bron-chodilator.
