雷尼替丁联合左旋咪唑预防肛门尖锐湿疣术后复发的疗效观察

目的：观察雷尼替丁联合左旋咪唑预防肛门尖锐湿疣（CA）术后复发的效果。方法：收集我院2009年11月～2010年1月的36例CA患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组19例，在激光或手术切除疣体的基础上，采用雷尼替丁（150 mg，2次/d，口服，连用2个月）联合左旋咪唑（25 mg，3次/d，服3 d停4 d，连用2个月）治疗；对照组17例，单纯激光或手术治疗。同时采用双抗体夹心ELISA技术检测CA患者治疗后血清IL-2水平。观察两组治愈率、复发率及治疗前后IL-2变化，术后3个月评定疗效。结果：治疗组治愈率为89.47%，对照组为52.94%；治疗组复发率为10.53%，对照组为47.06%，两组治疗后复发率比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗组及对照组IL-2水平均低于正常组，治疗组用药后血清IL-2水平明显升高（P＜0.05）。结论：雷尼替丁联合左旋咪唑可有效预防CA术后复发，值得临床应用。

Observation of efficacy of Ranitidine combined with Levamisole in the prevention of postoperative recurrence of anal condyloma accuminatum

Objective： To observe the effect of combined treatment of Levamisole and Ranitidine in the prevention of postoperative recurrence of anal condyloma accuminatum （CA）. Methods： A total of 36 cases of patients with CA were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group had 19 cases, based on the laser or surgical removal of wart, used Ranitidine （150 mg, 2 times a day orally for 2 months） combined with Levamisole （25 mg, 3 times a day for 3 days and suspended for 4 days, 2 months）; the control group had 17 cases, given simple laser or surgical treatment. At the same time, double-antibody sandwich ELISA technique was used to detect the serum levels of IL-2 in CA patients. The cure rate, relapse rate and change of IL-2 before and after treatment of the two groups were compared, the efficacy after 3 months was assessed. Results： The cure rate of treatment group was 89.47%, the control group was 52.94%; the recurrence rate of treatment group was 10.53%, and the control group was 47.06%, it showed significant difference in relapse rate between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The IL-2 level of treatment group and control group was lower than that of normal group. After treatment, the serum IL-2 level of treatment group was obviously increased （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Ranitidine combined with Levamisole is effective in the prevention of postoperative recurrence of anal CA, and it is worthy of application in clinic.
