试论慢性心力衰竭“痰”作祟及其治疗思路探析

目前多数医家认为慢性心力衰竭(Chronic Heart Failure,CHF)乃心气不足、心阳不振、血瘀水停为患,治疗当以益气温阳、活血利水为主要原则,但仍无法解决本病反复发作、迁延不愈这一难题。结合慢性心力衰竭的认识历程,文章进一步剖析了心力衰竭病因病机,发现痰与慢性心力衰竭之间有着密切联系,痰邪贯穿于慢性心力衰竭病程始终,因而推论伏痰是造成心力衰竭迁延反复的重要一环,认为以痰作为切入点对慢性心力衰竭患者进行有针对性的治疗意义重大,可能起到事半功倍之效。通过对"伏痰"与慢性心力衰竭发生发展过程的相互关系进行深入探讨,系统阐述从痰论治慢性心力衰竭的有效性,以期为临床治疗慢性心力衰竭在"痰"的层面找到新的突破口。

Discussion and Analysis on Chronic Heart Failure Associated with Phlegm and its Treatment

Manymedicalscholarsthinkcurrentlythatchronicheartfailure（CHF）isrelatedtoheart qi deficiency,heart yang deficiency and retention of stasis and harmful fluids.The treatment should be benefi-ting qi,warming yang,activating blood circulation and promoting water metabolism.But still,the recurrent at-tacks and lingering conditions of disease could not be dealt with.In combination with the recognitions on CHF,the paper further analyzed the etiology and pathogenesis of heart failure and discovered the close rela-tionship between phlegm and CHF,and phlegm was involved in the entire progression of CHF.It was deduced that phlegm was the key link of the lingering and recurrence of CHF.It was significant to focus on phlegm in the treatment of CHF in patients,which may achieve the successful and more effective result.Exploring the interaction of phlegm and progression of CHF,the effectiveness is stated systematically on CHF in terms of phlegm so that the new breakthrough can be explored in clinical treatment of CHF.
