中药保留灌肠治疗卵巢早衰的临床研究

目的观察二仙汤加减中药保留灌肠治疗卵巢早衰对于血清中E2(雌二醇)、FSH(卵泡刺激素)、LH(黄体生成素)的影响。方法设立治疗组及对照组各35例,治疗组采用二仙汤加减中药保留灌肠治疗卵巢早衰,对照组采用二仙汤加减中药汤剂口服治疗卵巢早衰,两组治疗前E2、FSH、LH值差异均无统计学意义(P0.05)。观察二组治疗前后对于血清中E2、FSH、LH的影响。结果治疗组与对照组中治疗后FSH值与治疗前相比均有显著下降,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组治疗后E2值较治疗前均显著提高,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组治疗后LH值较治疗前均有下降,两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论二仙汤加减中药保留灌肠提高血清E2,降低FSH优于单纯中药汤剂口服,同时两组均可以降低LH值。

Clinical Research of Retention Enema with Chinese Medicine in Treatment of Premature Ovarian Failure

Objective ToobservetheimpactsofretentionenemawithmodifiedErxiantangonE2, FSHandLHinprematureovarianfailure.Methods Atreatmentandacontrolgroupweresetup,35cases in each one.In the treatment group,the retention enema with modified Erxiantang was used in treatment of premature ovarian failure.In the control group,the oral administration of modified Erxiantang was prescribed. Before treatment,the differences were not significant in E2,FSH and LH between the two groups（P〉0.05）. The impacts on serum E2,FSH and LH were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Results FSHlevelwasreducedsignificantlyaftertreatmentinthetwogroupsascomparedwiththatbeforetreatment. The difference was significant in comparison between the two groups（P〈0.05）.After treatment,E2 level was increased significantly as compared with that before treatment in the two groups.The difference was sig-nificant in comparison between the two groups（P〈0.05）.After treatment,LH level was reduced in the two groups,and the difference was not significant in comparison between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion TheretentionenemawithmodifiedErxiantangincreasesserumE2andreducesFSH,whichissuperiorto simple oral administration of decoction.All of the two groups reduce LH level.
