二十五味珊瑚丸治疗偏头痛64例临床疗效观察

目的观察传统藏药二十五味珊瑚丸治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法将128例偏头痛患者按其就诊的先后顺序随机分为对照组和治疗组两组,各64例。予治疗组患者64口服藏药二十五味珊瑚丸,每次4丸(1 g),1次·d-1;予对照组患者口服正天丸,每次1袋(6 g),3次·d-1;两组均以1周为1个疗程,连用8个疗程后观察两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率为93.75%,对照组总有效率为81.25%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗组显效率为46.87%,对照组显效率为23.43%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论传统藏药二十五味珊瑚丸治疗偏头痛临床效果良好,可明显减少偏头痛的发作频率和持续时间及减轻头痛强度。

Efficacy Observation of 64 Cases of Migraine Treated with Ershiwuwei Shan-hu Wan

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on migraine treated with traditional Tibetan medicine,Ershiwuwei Shanhu Wan.Methods One hundred and twenty-eight cases of migraine were ran-domized into a control group and a treatment group according to the visit sequence,64 cases in each.In the treatment group,Ershiwuwei Shanhu Wan was prescribed for oral administration,4 pills each time（1 g）,once a day.In the control group,Zhengtian Wan was prescribed,1 bag a day（6 g）,three times a day.The treat-ment of 1 week made 1 session in the two groups.The efficacy was observed after continuous medication of 8 sessions.Results The total effective rate was 93.75% in the treatment group and was 81 .25% in the con-trol group,indicating the significant difference in comparison（P〈0.05 ）.The remarkably effective rate was 46.87% in the treatment group and was 23.43%in the control group,indicating the significant difference（P〈0.01 ）.Conclusion Ershiwuwei Shanhu Wan achieves the good clinical efficacy on migraine.It remark-ably reduces the attack frequency and duration of migraine and alleviates pain.
