康良石治疗乙肝肝硬化腹水经验

康良石教授对乙肝肝硬化腹水见解独到,认为乙肝病毒属湿热疫毒,因疫致郁,因郁致病;肝病日久成"虚实夹杂""虚滞相兼"之演变;当累及肝脾肾功能失调,导致气道壅塞或(及)隧道不通,则水湿、瘀血、热毒诸邪内阻,清浊相混裹于腹中而成臌胀及诸变症。临床分肝脾气虚、气滞湿阻,肝肾阴虚、瘀浊并阻,肝脾肾虚、热浊停聚三个证型辨证施治,并对上消化道出血、肝性脑病、感染等并发症辨证施治,疗效显著。康老还坚持衷中用西原则,倡用抗病毒西药等治疗。

Experiences of Kang Liang-shi in the Treatment of Hepatitis B Liver Cirrhosis Ascites

Prof.Kang Liang-shi had very unique recognition on hepatitis B liver cirrhosis ascites （HLCA）.Prof.Kang believed that hepatitis B virus belonged to damp heat epidemic toxin,leading to stagnation.The chronic liver disease developed as the mixture of the deficiency and the excess and interaction of the deficiency and the obstruction,with the dysfunction of the liver,spleen and kidney involved.As a result,the obstruction of qi passage led to stagnation of damp,stasis and heat toxin.Finally,ascites happened due to the mixture of the clear and the turbid in the abdomen.In clinic,the disease was differentiated as qi deficiency,qi stagnation and damp retention in the liver and spleen;interaction of yin deficiency,stasis and the turbid in the liver and kidney ; and deficiency heat and retention of the turbid in the liver,spleen and kidney.Additionally,the significant efficacy had been also achieved in treatment of the complications such as upper digestive hemorrhage,hepatic encephalopathy and infection.Prof.Kang keeps on the integration of Chinese and western medicine and also recommends the application of western medicines for anti-virus.
