穴位埋线对溃疡性结肠炎淋巴细胞凋亡调控蛋白的影响

目的探讨穴位埋线法治疗溃疡性结肠炎（UC）的临床疗效及作用机理。方法将90例患者随机分为埋线组（30例）、埋线加西药组（30例）和西药组（30例）,观察3组患者治疗前后主要症状和体征积分值及淋巴细胞凋亡调控蛋白CD95（Apo-1/Fas）、Apo-2.7及Bcl-2水平的改变。结果埋线组、西药组、埋线西药组临床总有效率分别为90%、80%、96.7%。埋线加西药组疗效优于西药组,差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）。埋线组及埋线加西药组治疗后Apo-1、Apo-2.7及Bcl-2的水平高于同组治疗前及同期西药组水平,差异有显著性意义（P〈0.01）。而西药组治疗前后差异无显著性意义（P〉0.05）。结论穴位埋线对溃疡性结肠炎具有良好的治疗作用,能促进患者淋巴细胞凋亡,同时对西药柳氮磺胺吡啶治疗溃疡性结肠炎具有协同作用。

Effect of Points Catgut Embedding on Apoptosic Regulatory Protein of Lymphocyte in Ulcerative Colitis Patients

Objective To study the therapeutic effect and mechanism of points catgut embedding for ulcerative colitis (UC). Methods Totally 90 cases of UC were randomly and equally divided into embedding group, western medicine group and embedding with western medicine group. The scores of main symptoms and signs and level of Apo-1, Apo-2.7 and Bcl-2 in three groups were observed before and after treatment. Results The total effective rates were 90%, 80% and 96.7% in embedding group, western medicine group and embedding with western medicine group respectively. The therapeutic effect of embedding with western medicine group was superior to western medicine group (P<0.05). The level of Apo-1, Apo-2.7 and Bcl-2 increased in embedding and embedding with western medicine groups after treatment and were significantly higher than that of western medicine group (P<0.01). There was no significant differences in western medicine group before and after treatment (P>0.05). Conclusion Points catgut embedding has good effect on UC. It can promote apoptosis of lymphocyte and have synergic effect with Sulfasalazine.
