七步早康操结合回授法在胃癌患者围手术期功能锻炼中的应用

目的探讨七步早康操结合回授法在胃癌患者围手术期功能锻炼中的应用效果。方法将行胃癌手术的240例患者按住院时间分为常规组与回授组各120例;两组均行常规围术期治疗与护理,常规组按常规进行早期功能锻炼项目与内容的健康宣教;回授组编排七步早康操结合回授法进行早期功能锻炼指导。结果回授组患者术后胃肠蠕动功能恢复时间早于常规组,术后腹胀、肺部并发症、PICC相关并发症发生率低于常规组,住院时间短于常规组、患者满意率高于常规组(均P0.05)。结论七步早康操结合回授法的应用有利于促进患者胃肠功能的恢复及降低术后相关并发症,从而缩短住院时间和提高患者满意率。

Application of early seven-step exercise plus "teach-back" technique in perioperative functional exercise for gastric cancer patients

Objective To explore the effect of early seven-step exercise combined with "teach-back" technique in perioperative functional exercise for gastric cancer patients.Methods A total of 240 patients requiring gastric cancer surgery were sequentially randomized into a routine group and a teach-back group of 120.Both groups received routine perioperative treatment and nursing care.The routine group was given routine early exercise training and health education,while the teach-back group was subjected to early seven-step exercise training and alternative health education using teach-back techniques.Results The teach-back group had a faster recovery of gastrointestinal function,lower incidence of complications including postoperative abdominal distension,pulmonary complication and PICC-related complication,shorter hospital stay length,and higher patient satisfaction compared to the routine group (P＜0.05 for all).Conclusion Early sevewstep exercise combined with education using teach back technique can boost recovery of gastrointestinal function and reduce postoperative complications,thus to shorten hospitalization time and improve patient satisfaction.
