养老院痴呆老年人娱乐疗法的行动研究

目的探讨实施娱乐疗法改善养老院痴呆老年人抑郁和淡漠的效果。方法按照计划、行动、观察、反思、再计划的行动研究框架,对养老院37名痴呆老年人实施3轮娱乐疗法包括组织绘画、折纸、拼图、园艺、手指操等,评估娱乐疗法方案的可行性及有效性。结果实施干预后,痴呆老年人抑郁和淡漠症状显著改善(均P0.05)。结论娱乐疗法能够有效改善养老院痴呆老年人的抑郁和淡漠症状,促进老年人社会功能的恢复。

Action research of recreational therapy for nursing home residents with dementia

Objective To explore the effect of recreational therapy on depression and apathy symptoms of nursing home residents with dementia using action research.Methods A three-round action research on recreational therapy program which included painting,paper folding,jigsaw puzzles,gardening,finger movements,etc.,was conducted in 37 nursing home residents with mild to moderate dementia,according to the planning,action,observation,reflection and re-planning of action plans proposed by Lewin.The feasibility and effectiveness of the recreational therapy program were evaluated.Results After the intervention,the residents' depression and apathy symptoms were significantly alleviated (P＜0.05 for all).Conclusion The recreational therapy program can improve depression and apathy symptoms,promote recovery of social function of nursing home residents with dementia.
