微信教育结合运动手环监测在心肌梗死患者康复运动的应用

目的探讨运动手环监测结合微信教育在急性心肌梗死患者康复运动的应用效果。方法选取56例急性心肌梗死危险分层为低危的患者随机分为两组。对照组28例给予常规的康复运动健康教育。干预组28例应用小米运动手环监测患者运动心率、时间等指标,并通过微信传输给心脏康复小组,小组成员通过微信对患者进行心脏康复运动的监测和指导。结果两组均未发生运动相关性心血管不良事件,干预组心脏康复运动依从性显著高于对照组,6min步行试验结果显著优于对照组(均P0.01)。结论运动手环监测结合微信教育用于急性心肌梗死低危患者康复运动,可有效提高患者康复运动依从性,改善心功能。

Effect of exercises with sports bracelet combined with WeChat-based education on acute myocardial infarction patients

Objective To investigate the effect of exercises with sports bracelet combined with WeChat-based education on patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods Totally 56 acute myocardial infarction (AMI) patients with low risk of cardiovascular events were randomly and evenly divided into a control group and an intervention group.Each group was given routine health education on exercises.The intervention group additionally wore a Xiaomi sports bracelet to monitor such parameters as the heart rates during,and length,etc.of exercises,then the data were transmitted back through WeChat to the cardiac rehabilitation staff group,who then provided instructions and feedbacks to patients through WeChat.Results There were no cardiovascular events in the two groups.The compliance with cardiac rehabilitation exercises,and 6 minute walking test results in the intervention group was better than the controls (P＜0.01 for all).Conclusion Exercises with sports bracelet combined with WeChat-based education is beneficial to AMI patients with low risk of cardiovascular events,and improves patients' compliance with cardiac rehabilitation exercises,and enhances the heart function.
