家庭功能对老年高血压住院患者自我护理能力的影响

目的探讨家庭功能对老年高血压住院患者自我护理能力的影响。方法采用便利抽样调查方法,应用自我护理能力量表和家庭功能评估量表对245例老年高血压患者进行调查。结果老年高血压住院患者家庭功能总得分为(5.98±2.19)分,家庭功能良好占37.6%,家庭功能障碍占62.4%;患者自我护理能力总得分(98.74±12.16)分,家庭功能良好的老年高血压住院患者自我护理能力及其各维度得分均明显高于家庭功能障碍的老年高血压住院患者(P0.01);且家庭功能是老年高血压住院患者自我护理能力及自我概念、自我护理责任感、自我护理技能、健康知识水平的重要影响因素(P0.05),患者文化程度和月收入也影响患者自我护理能力。结论家庭功能可影响老年高血压住院患者自我护理能力,良好的家庭功能有助于提高患者的自我护理能力。

Effect of family function on self-care ability for elderly hypertensive inpatients

Objective To study the effect of family function on self-care ability for elderly hypertensive inpatients.Method Choose 245 elderly hypertensive patients by convenient sampling method and investigate them by self-care ability scale and family function assessment scale.Result The total score on family function for elderly hypertensive patients is (5.98±2.19).37.6％ have nice family function and 62.4％ have family function disorders.The total score on self-care ability is (98.74± 12.16).Scores on self-care ability and its all dimensions are obviously higher for elderly hypertensive inpatients with nice family function than patients with family function disorders (P＜0.01).Family function is an important influencing factor on elderly hypertensive inpatients' self-care ability,self-concept,responsibility and skills on self-care and health knowledge level (P＜0.05).Patients' education level and monthly income are also influencing factors of selfcare ability.Conclusion Family function can influence self-care ability for elderly hypertensive inpatients.Nice family function can improve patients' self-care ability.
