门诊静脉输液患者单剂量静脉配药服务模式的应用及效果

目的探讨单剂量静脉配药服务模式在门诊患者静脉输液中的应用效果。方法选择2016年1~6月在门诊药房接受静脉输液的患者490例,前3个月的245例患者接受采用传统的静脉输液服务模式,后3个月的245例患者接受单剂量静脉配药服务模式。结果单剂量静脉配药服务模式实施后,患者的配药错误发生率为0;患者及护士满意度显著高于实施前(均P0.01)。结论单剂量静脉配药服务模式用于临床静脉输液中,可满足患者需求,改善药学服务质量,降低配药错误发生率,提高护理人员的满意度。

Application of single dose intravenous dispensing service to outpatients in need of intravenous infusion therapy

Objective To explore the effect ot applying single dose intravenous dispenslng service to outpatients in need of intravenous infusion therapy.Methods From January to June 2016,490 patients who received intravenous infusion therapy at outpatient pharmacy,were selected,with 245 patients in the first 3 months,receiving traditional intravenous infusion service,and another 245 pa tients in the second 3 months,being subjected to single dose intravenous dispensing service.Results After the implementation of single dose intravenous dispensing service,the rate of dispensing errors was 0;satisfaction of patients and nurses were higher than before (all P＜0.01).Conclusion Single dose intravenous dispensing service can meet patients' needs,improve the quality of pharmacy services,reduce the incidence of dispensing errors,and improve nursing satisfaction.
