摘    要:目的 探讨改良迷你临床演练评量(Mini CEX)在新入职护士规范化培训中的应用效果.方法 将203名新入职护士按入职时间分为两组,2014年8月新入职护士95名为对照组,201 5年8月新入职护士108名为实验组,对照组采用常规培训模式进行培训,实验组在常规培训模式基础上融入改良Mini-CEX的带教与考核.两组培训周期为1年,培训周期结束对进行理论及操作技能考核.结果 实验组理论及操作成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01).实验组新护士对Mini-CEX培训模式的满意率为95.37%~99.07%.结论 将改良Mini CEX融入新护士规范化培训中,能够获得“以评促学”的良好培训效果,提高新入职护士的临床护理综合能力.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effects of modified Mini-Clinical Evaluation Exercise (Mini-CEX) in nurse stan dardized training for novice nurses.Methods Totally,203 novice nurses were divided into two groups by the dates of enrollment,95 enrolled in August of 2014 were assigned into the control group,who were trained and examined with traditional methods,and 108 enrolled in August of 2015 into the experimental group who were trained with modified Mini-CEX.The training lasted for one year.At the end of the training,both groups took theory and skill exams.Results The experimental group had better scores in theory and skill exams than the controls (P<0.05,P<0.01);95.37%-99.07% of them were also highly satisfied with the training method they received.Conclusion Application of modified Mini-CEX in standardized training for novice nurses can improve the training effect,and enhance novice nurses' clinical competences.
