老年精神病患者医院感染现状调查及相关因素分析

目的了解老年精神病患者医院感染现状及相关危险因素,为预防医院感染提供参考。方法将538例住院治疗的老年精神病患者作为研究对象,按照医院感染诊断标准分为医院感染组和非医院感染组,统计分析发生医院感染患者精神病类型、医院感染发生部位及引起医院感染的相关危险因素。结果 538例老年精神病患者发生医院感染56例次(10.41%),其中血管性痴呆感染率最高(占比37.50%),感染部位以下呼吸道感染占比最高(53.57%);使用2种及以上抗精神病药物是引起老年精神病患者医院感染的危险因素,与医院感染相关的其他因素是年龄、合并躯体疾病、侵入性操作等。结论老年精神病患者医院感染发生率较高,引起医院感染的相关因素较多。

Present situation investigation and related risk factors analysis on nosocomial infection of senile psychotic patients

Objective To study the present situation and related risk factors on nosocomial infection of senile psychotic patients to provide evidence for nosocomial infection prevention.Method Divide 538 senile psychotic inpatients into nosocomial infection group and non-nosocomial infection group according to diagnostic criteria of nosocomial infection.Make statistical analysis on type of psychosis with nosocomial infection,happening part of the body and related risk factors of nosocomial infection.Result There are 56 (10.41%) cases of nosocomial infection among 538 senile psychotic patients,in which the incidence for patients with vascular dementia is the highest (37.5%).Incidence in lower respiratory tract infection is the highest (53.57%) among all happening parts.Using more than 2 kinds of antipsychotic drugs is the risk factor of nosocomial infection of senile psychotic patients.Other related factors of nosocomial infection are age,combined physical disease and invasive procedures.Conclusion There is a high incidence of nosocomial infection for senile psychotic patients,which is caused by many related factors.
