团体心理治疗在中晚期乳腺癌患者中的应用研究

目的观察团体心理治疗对中晚期乳腺癌患者的治疗作用。方法将60例中晚期乳腺癌症患者按随机数字表分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组接受常规化疗和心理护理,观察组除接受常规化疗外同时参加为期12周、每周1次的团体心理治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后焦虑、抑郁水平和治疗后癌症患者生存质量问卷评分情况。结果经过12周的团体心理治疗后,观察组患者的焦虑、抑郁水平显著低于对照组;癌症患者生存质量问卷评分中5项功能量表和总体健康状况评分高于对照组,3项症状量表和失眠、食欲丧失2个单项测量项目评分低于对照组,两组比较均有统计学意义。结论团体心理治疗可以缓解中晚期乳腺癌患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪,提高生存质量。

Application research on group psychotherapy for patients with intermediate or advanced breast cancer

Objective To observe the effect of group psychotherapy for patients with intermediate or advanced breast cancer. Method Divide 60 patients with intermediate or advanced breast cancer into observation group (n=30) and control group (n=30) by random number table. Patients in control group receive routine chemotherapy and psychological nursing. Patients in observation group receive group psychotherapy once a week for 12 weeks based on routine chemotherapy. Com-pare anxiety and depression level of patients in two groups before and after intervention. Compare scores on quality of life questionnaire for cancer patients after treatment. Result Patients in observation group have lower level of anxiety and depres-sion than patients in control group after 12 weeks' psychotherapy. Scores on 5 function scales and total health condition in quality of life questionnaire for cancer patients are higher in observation group than in control group. Scores on 3 symptom scales and 2 single items of insomnia and loss of appetite are lower in observation group than in control group. The differ-ence is significant. Conclusion Group psychotherapy can relieve anxiety and depression for patients with intermediate or ad-vanced breast cancer and improve their quality of life.
