摘    要:目的探讨基于微信引导的研究性学习模式在中医护理教学的应用效果。方法随机选取2014级护理本科2个班学生123名,将1班分为试验班(n=61),2班分为对照班(n=62)。对照班采用传统教学方法教学,试验班实施基于微信引导的研究性学习教学模式。课程结束进行中医基础知识理论和操作技术考核,并对试验班进行教学效果评价。结果试验班理论考试成绩(85.19±6.65)分,操作考核成绩(79.73±5.38)分,对照班分别为(77.55±8.00)分、(71.79±7.08)分,两班比较,差异有统计学意义(均P0.01)。结论中医护理教学中开展基于微信引导的研究性学习模式,有利于学生对中医知识和技能的掌握,辅助提高教学效果,对促进中医护理教学改革有积极作用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of WeChat guided research-based learning model in the course of traditional Chinese medical nursing.Methods A total of 123 undergraduate nursing students enrolled in 2014 were randomly selected,1 class were assigned into the experimental class (n=62),and the other class into the control class (n=61).The controls were subjected to traditional teaching method while the experimental class into WeChat guided research-based learning model.After the course,the 2 classes were evaluated with theory and skill exams.Results The experimental class scored (85.19 ± 6.65) and (79.73 ±5.38) points in theory and skill exams,significantly higher than the controls (77.55 ± 8.00,71.79 ± 7.08,P< 0.01 for both).Conclusion Application of WeChat guided research-based learning model in teaching of traditional Chinese medical nursing can help students master knowledge and skills of traditional.Chinese medicine,improve teaching effect,and promote teaching reform of the course.
