荧光标记法在感染高风险部门物体表面清洁效果评价的应用

摘    要:目的探讨荧光标记法在医院感染高风险部门物体表面清洁效果监测的作用。方法应用荧光标记法对医院手术室、产房、母婴同室、透析室、导管室、口腔科6个感染高风险部门的高频接触物体表面进行标记,监测荧光清除率,并针对监测结果采取改进措施。结果改进措施实施后,科室高频接触物体表面清洁合格率显著提高,与实施前比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.01);实施后手术室、口腔科、导管室物体表面清洁合格率均为100%,产房、母婴同室及透析室分别为90.0%、92.5%、88.3%。结论荧光标记法能快速、客观地对医院感染高风险部门环境清洁质量进行评价和反馈,有利于临床及时加强物体表面清洁质量改进工作。

Abstract:Objective To explore the role of fluorescence labeling method in monitoring object surface cleaning effect in high risk infection departments.Methods Fluorescence labeling method was utilized to mark the frequently touched object surfaces in 6 high risk infection departments,which were operating room,delivery room,mother with baby room,hemodialysis unit,catheter room and stomatology department,and the fluorescent clearance rate was monitored,then targeted improvement strategies were adop ted.Results After the intervention,the qualified clearance rate of the frequently touched object surfaces in the high risk infection departments was significantly higher than that before the intervention (P<0.01).After the intervention,the qualified clearance rate of the object surfaces in operating room,stomatology department and catheter room were 100%,and it was 90.0%,92.5% and 88.3 % in delivery room,mother with baby room and hemodialysis unit respectively.Conclusion Fluorescence labeling method could evaluate and feedback the environment cleaning quality in high risk infection departments quickly and objectively,and it is condu cive to strenthening cleaning quality improvement timely for object surfaces in clinic.
