乐高4C教育模式在内科护理教学中的应用及效果评价

摘    要:目的探讨乐高4C教育模式在内科护理教学中的应用效果。方法将2014级护理本科学生203人按班级分为实验班(101人)和对照班(102人),对照班采取传统教学模式,实验班采取乐高4C教育模式,包括联系(Connect)、建构(Construct)、反思(Contemplate)和延续(Continue)4个环节。学期末对两班学生自主学习能力及综合创新能力进行评价。结果实验班学生的自主学习能力及综合创新能力评分显著高于对照班(均P0.01)。结论乐高4C教育模式可提高护理本科生自主学习能力及综合创新能力,全面提高护理人才培养质量。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of LEGO 4C teaching model in medical nursing.Methods Totally 203 baccalaureate nursing students enrolled in 2014 were divided into an experiment group (n=101) and a control group (n 102) according to class.The control group received traditional teaching model,while the experimental group was taught using LEGO 4C teaching model,which consisted of connect,construct,contemplate and continue 4 links.At the end of the semester,students' ability ofautonomous learning and comprehensive creative ability were assessed.Results The score of autonomous learning ability and comprehensive creative ability in the experiment group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.01 for both).Conclusion LEGO 4C teaching model can improve baccalaureate nursing students' autonomous learning ability and comprehensive creative ability,and promote the cultivation quality of nursing personnel.
