无痛胃镜检查前2小时口服葡萄糖溶液效果观察

目的探讨检查前2h口服葡萄糖溶液对无痛胃镜受检患者生理指标、舒适度和检查效果的影响。方法将306例患者随机分为对照组155例、观察组151例,对照组按照常规禁食、禁饮;观察组常规禁食,并于预定检查前2h由护理人员协助其口服5%葡萄糖溶液200mL,之后禁饮。对两组血糖、血压、心率、舒适度及检查效果进行评价。结果两组在检查过程中均无呕吐、误吸发生;麻醉诱导前,两组生理指标和舒适度比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05,P0.01);观察组胃内残留发生率较对照组显著降低(P0.05)。结论检查前2h口服200mL葡萄糖溶液有助于稳定无痛胃镜受检患者的血压,提高患者候检期间的舒适度,且不会导致胃内残留。

Effects of oral intake of glucose solution at 2 hours before painless gastroscopy

Objective To explore the impact of oral glucose solution at 2 hours before painless gastroscopy on patients' physiological indexes,comfort and test effect.Methods Totally 306 patients undergoing painless gastroscopy were randomized into a control group (n =155) and an observation group (n =151).The control group was conducted fasting according to conventional nursing,while the observation group additionally drunk 5 ％ glucose solution 200 mL at 2 hours before painless gastroscopy under the guildance of nurses,then they were banned from drinking water.Blood sugar,blood pressure,heart rate,comfort and test effect were assessed for the two groups.Results All patients did not suffer vomiting and aspiration during the test.Before anesthesia induction,there were significant differences in physiological indexes and comfort between the two groups (P＜0.05,P＜0.01).The incidence of stomach residue in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Drinking 5 ％ glucose solution 200 mL at 2 hours before painless gastroscopy is helpful to stabilize patients' blood pressure,increase patients' comfort,and doesn't cause stomach residue.
