院内压疮会诊护士资质认证培训的实践

目的提高全院压疮联络员压疮护理知识,加强院内压疮会诊力量。方法由压疮小组成员对符合参加培训条件的60名压疮联络员,以压疮指南及院内压疮护理手册为蓝本,进行为期8周的理论与实践培训,选取考核成绩优异者20人发放院内压疮会诊资质证书,之后参与院内压疮会诊。4个月后评价效果。结果压疮上报率显著增加,院内压疮发生率显著降低(均P0.01);获得院内压疮会诊资质护士参与会诊248例次,会诊合格率达90.73%,本病区护士认为其在病区指导与防治压疮中发挥的作用较培训前显著增加(P0.01)。结论院内压疮会诊资质认证培训与考核,提升了压疮联络护士压疮护理水平;对成绩优异者发放院内压疮会诊资质证书,有效加强了院内压疮会诊力量,从而提高了院内压疮防护水平。

A hospital-level educational program to train nurse consultants for pressure injury management

Objective To improve pressure injury (PI) knowledge of PI liaison nurses and to promote quality of consultation for PI management.Methods Sixty liaison nurses met the training criteria and received an 8-week theoretical and practical training program that was provided by the PI management nurse team.Then 20 nurses were designated as PI nurse consultant for their excellent achievement in the examinations and fulfilled the obligations of PI consultation.The effect was evaluated after 4 months of intervention.Results Reporting of PI was significantly improved,whereas PI incidence was significantly reduced after the intervention (P＜0.01 for both).Those PI nurse consultants performed 248 counts of PI consultations,with the qualified consultations ac counting for 90.73％.Nurses working in the same units as the PI nurse consultants positively evaluated PI prevention role of the consultants (P＜0.01).Conclusion Hospital-level training and examination for PI nurse consultant can improve PI management quality of liaison nurses.Additionally,certificating those who perform excellently in examination can enforce PI consultation team and promote PI management.
