| 摘 要： | 对海赐宝口服液分别进行急性和慢性毒性试验。结果，小鼠口服海赐宝的最大耐受量为３６ｇ生药／ｋｇ体重。大白鼠灌服海赐宝后，其体重增长，血常规以及血液生化各项指标均在正常范围内，病理学组织检查未见异常，表明海赐宝按拟定方案、剂量、途径和疗程使用、应是安全的。

| Abstract: | MTD of Haicibao oral liquid was found to be larger than 36g/kg(ig) in mice No obvious abnormalities were observed in the body weight,organ coefficient,blood pictures and in the functions of the liver and kidney when the oral liquid was administered ig to rats for a period of 3 months As comparied with the control group, pathological examinations of the experimental group showed that none of the organs examined had any pathological changes The results suggest that the oral liquid is safe and useful for clinical use |
