随访干预对全髋关节置换术患者康复的影响

目的:探讨随访干预对全髋关节置换术患者康复的影响。方法:采用便利取样法,选取2011年6-12月在某医院骨科接受全髋关节置换术的120名患者,按出院顺序分为干预组和对照组各60例,干预组出院后3个月内由护士通过上门家访和电话随访的方式对患者进行功能锻炼的指导和干预,对照组未主动随访,在出院6个月后对两组患者的依从性及髋关节功能恢复情况进行比较。结果:干预组患者假体松动或脱位的发生率低于对照组,依从性及髋关节功能恢复情况优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:通过护士对全髋关节置换术患者进行出院后随访干预,增强了患者坚持规律锻炼的依从性,降低了假体松动或脱位的发生率,提高了复诊率,为其提供了正确的活动方式指导,患者髋关节功能恢复良好。

The effects of follow-up intervention on total hip replacement patients' recovery

Objective：To investigate the effects of follow-up intervention on the recovery of patients with total hip replacement. Methods： A total of 120 patients who have underwent total hip replacement from June to December,2011 were divided even in control group and intervention group according to the order of discharging from hospital. In the intervention group, the patients were guided to do exercise through the visiting or phone call in 3 months after discharge. There were no active follow-ups in the control group. The patients＇ recovery conditions were evaluated 6 months later. The compliance of regular exercise, the situation of prosthetic loosening or dislocation, regular subsequent visits, and the recovery of articulation coax function were compared between the two groups. Results： The occurrence rates of prosthetic loosening and dislocation are lower than those in the control group, and the hip joint function recovery was better than the patients in the control group （P〈0.01）, Conclusion： There have significant effects on patients by follow-up intervention, and their quality of life has been improved.
