肾浊清汤治疗慢性肾功能衰竭30例

[目的]观察中药复方肾浊清汤治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效。[方法]将56例慢性肾功能衰竭患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用肾浊清汤，对照组采用析清胶囊口服，观察对慢性肾功能衰竭患者的症状体征、肌酐、尿素氮、二氧化碳结合力、血红蛋白、血浆白蛋白等指标的变化。[结果]服用肾浊清汤剂后，患者血红蛋白、血浆白蛋白水平明显升高，肾功指标改善，经统计学分析与对照组比较有显著差异（P〈0.05，P〈0.01）。[结论]肾浊清汤剂能改善慢性肾功能衰竭患者的肾功能，对慢性肾功能衰竭有良好的治疗作用。
