| 摘 要： | 应用RT PCR技术从激活的人外周血淋巴细胞总RNA中扩增FasL胞外区cDNA ,克隆入PCR2 1载体 ,测序验证后在大肠杆菌DH5α中表达 ,经亲和层析柱纯化 ,Westernblot鉴定所得表达产物为可溶性人FasL胞外区蛋白。

| Abstract: | RT PCR was applied to amplify a cDNA of FasL outer membrane region from the total RNA of activated human peripheral blood lymphocyte The DNA fragment was cloned into PCR 2 1 vector,sequenced and expressed in DH5α bacteria The protein was purified through affinity chromatography column,and proved as outer membrane region of soluble human FasL through Western blot |
