| 摘 要： | 卫生行政部门与研究者相结合,运用定性和定量相结合的方法,制定一套集社区卫生服务利益相关者权益为一体的社区卫生绩效测评系统,以加强社区卫生服务机构的全面考核尤其是绩效考核,提高政府财政补助资金的使用效益,同时通过考核提高社区卫生服务机构的科学化、规范化建设,促进社区卫生服务工作可持续发展。 |
