Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between hsacirc0003302,hsacirc0009590,hsacirc0023903,rs2293152 and coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 14 coronary heart disease(CHD)patients and 14 control patients were recruited,the expression of hsacirc0009590,hsacirc0029303 and hsacirc0003302 were detected by real-time qPCR assay.The relationship between rs2293152 and myocardial infarction(MI)were detected with PCR-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP)assay.Results There were no significant differences in the expressions of hsacirc0009590,hsacirc0029303 and hsacirc0003302 between CHD and the control group(P>0.05).The genotype distribution or allele frequency of rs2293152 were comparable between MI group and control group(P>0.05).Conclusion hsacirc0009590,hsacirc0029303 and hsacirc0003302 may not correlate with risk of CHD,and SNP site rs2293152 may not correlate with risk of MI in CHD patients.
