摘    要:癌症严重威胁着全世界人民的健康。化学疗法是人类癌症的主要治疗方法之一。然而,化学疗法的非特异性细胞毒性通常会引起癌症患者难以忍受的严重不良反应。因此,需要探索有效的佐剂策略以预防和减少化学疗法诱导的不良反应。已经使用数千年的中草药与常规化疗药物比较具备很多优势,为探索有效的佐剂提供了丰富的资源,具有预防和减少抗癌化学疗法不良反应的潜力。本文揭示了化学疗法诱发的不良反应,综述了中草药对化疗诱导的骨髓抑制、胃肠道毒性、神经毒性和心脏毒性的预防作用,并讨论了其作用机制。

Abstract:Cancer seriously threatens the health of people all over the world.Chemotherapy is one of the main treatment methods for human cancer.However,the non-specific cytotoxicity of chemotherapy often leads to hefty adverse reactions that are intolerable in cancer patients.Therefore,it is necessary to explore effective adjuvant strategies to prevent and reduce the adverse reactions induced by chemotherapy.Chinese herbal medicines,which have been used for thousands of years,have many advantages compared with conventional chemotherapeutic agents.They can provide abundant resources for exploring effective adjuvants,and have the potential to prevent and reduce the adverse reactions of chemotherapy.This study revealed the adverse reactions induced by chemotherapy,reviewed the preventive effect of Chinese herbal medicines on chemotherapy-induced bone marrow suppression,gastrointestinal toxicity,neurotoxicity,and cardiotoxicity,and discussed the mechanism of action.
