超声对腋神经闭合损伤及分型的初步研究

目的探讨超声在腋神经闭合损伤中的应用及神经损伤的分型。方法收集临床诊断腋神经损伤并接受手术治疗的患者36例,将声像图特征与手术结果进行比较分析。结果超声可清晰显示腋神经损伤情况,并可按照损伤形态分型。分为肿胀增粗型6例,瘤样增粗型25例,神经断裂型5例。超声诊断与术中所见基本相符。结论超声可以清楚显示腋神经损伤的类型、位置、评估神经损伤程度,为临床治疗提供重要依据。

Preliminary Study of the Types of Axillary Nerve Closure Injuries By Ultrasound

Objective To explore the application of ultrasound in the axillary nerve closure injury and the classification of nerve injury. Methods 36 patients who were treated in our hospital clinically diagnosed with axillary nerve injury and surgical treatment were collected. The characteristics of ultrasound images were compared with the surgical results. Results Ultrasound can clearly show the axillary nerve injury, and can be classified according to the shape of the injury. 6 cases were swelling and thickened type,25 cases were tumor-like thickened type and 5 cases were nerve rupture. Ultrasound diagnosis is consistent with the operation findings. Conclusions Ultrasound could clearly show the type, location and degree assessment of axillary nerve injury, provided important evidence for clinical treatment.
