Evaluation on quality of vaccine tracing system in Fujian province

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the reliability and veracity of vaccine tracing system came into use in 2018 in Fujian province.Methods The data on number of vaccine doses inoculated and the quantity of vaccine actually used during the period from 2012 to 2019 were collected from vaccination information system.The consistency between the two data sets was analyzed for 5 kinds of vaccines.Technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS)and rank sum ratio(RSR)were used in the analyses.Results The consistency between the two sets of data was improved year by year during the period for the 5 kinds of vaccines,with the highest consistency for the data of 2019(Ci:1.000)and the lowest consistency for the data of 2014(Ci:0.0134).The RSR analysis demonstrated that the consistency between the two sets of data was good in 2018 and 2019,poor in 2014 and at a moderate level in other years during the period.Conclusion There is an one-to-one correspondence relation between the number of vaccine doses inoculated and the quantity of vaccine actually used since the application of the vaccine tracing system in 2018 in Fujian province and this lays a foundation for whole course tracing on vaccines for planned immunization program.
