周围型肺癌X线动态观察(附14例分析)

目的 分析周围型肺癌不同时期的Ｘ线征象，以提高影像诊断水平。材料与方法 搜集有Ｘ线随访资料的早期周围型肺癌１４例，着重总结其早期征象。结果 其早期征象以肺内孤立结节状病灶为主，平均直径１．６ｃｍ，密度中等偏低，进展期征象以肺内圆或椭圆形肿块为主，平均直径４．６５ｃｍ，密度中等偏高；瘤体内部结构；小泡征见于早期，钙化病灶见于进展期，空８洞征进展期比早期出现率高；瘤体边缘征象；毛刺、分叶及胸膜凹陷征等

Radiologic Dynamic Observation of Peripheral Bronchogenic Carcinoma: A Report of 14 Cases

Objective To study the X-ray features of peripheral bronchogenic carcinoma in its different development phases and to improve the diagnostic ability.Materials and Methods 14 cases of early peripheral bronchogenic carcinoma with X-ray follow-up checkups were collected, laying emphasis on analyzing the imaging features of the lesions at their early stage.Results The early sign was mainly the solitary pulmonary nodular lesion, with a mean diameter of 1.6cm and middle or slightly low density. In advanced stage, the tumor displayed round or oblong pulmonary mass, with a mean diameter of 4.65cm and slightly higher density. Bubble-like lucency within the lesion was seen in early stage, while calcification was seen in advanced stage and cavitation was more often seen in advanced stage. Spiculate, lobulated margin and pleural indentation sign were more often seen in advanced stage.Conclusion Early bronchogenic carcinoma, especially adenocarcinoma, should be suspected when a solitary pulmonary nodule less than 1.5cm in diameter demonstrates spiculate, lobulated margin and pleural indentation sign.
