通心络胶囊对急性心肌梗死患者梗死面积及心功能的影响

目的:观察通心络胶囊对急性心肌梗死患者梗死面积及心功能的影响。方法:将60例急性前壁心肌梗死患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,两组均予常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用通心络胶囊。记录每例患者入院即刻和3、7、14、21d的12导联心电图,用W agner的QRS记分法进行QRS记分,预测梗死面积;在治疗3周后行彩色多普勒超声心动图检查测定左室收缩功能。结果:治疗3周后,治疗组QRS记分较对照组显著降低,左心室射血分数(LVEF)明显增高。结论:通心络胶囊对防止急性心肌梗死患者的梗死面积延展、缩小梗死面积、保护缺血心肌及恢复心功能有一定作用。

Influence of Tongxinluo Capsule on Infarct Area and Cardiac Function in Acute Myocardial Infarction Patients

Objective: To observe the effect of Tongxin luo capsule on the infarct area and cardiac function in acute myocardial infarction(AMI) patients.Method: 60 patients with anterior wall AMI were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases).Both of the groups were treated with conventional therapy and the treatment group was given Tongxin luo capsule additionally.The 12 leads electrocardiograms in all patients were recorded on admission,the 3rd day,the 7th day,the 14th day and the 21st day after hospitalization.The infarct area was estimated by ORS scoring method of Wagner.The left ventricular systolic function was measured by color Doppler echocardiography three weeks after treatment.Result: The QRS scores were obviously less and the left ventricular ejection fractions(LVEF) were more in treatment group than in control group two weeks after treatment.Conclusion: Tongxin luo capsule has some action on preventing the ductility of infarct area,deflating infarct area,protecting the ischemia myocardium and recovering the cardiacfunction in patients with AMI.
