副鼻窦病变CT检查的临床评价

目的探讨副鼻窦病变的CT表现，评价临床效果。方法对358例临床疑副鼻窦病变的患者行CT检查，分析其CT表现，并与临床进行对照性分析。结果黏膜肿胀38例，窦腔积液153例，膨胀样囊性改变32例，呈半圆形或球形结节影突出于窦腔内27例，呈软组织肿块样改变21例，合并骨质改变29例，合并钙化灶14例。结论CT检查对副鼻窦病变定位、定性诊断准确率高，能清楚显示窦口-鼻道系统的复杂解剖和病变的确切范围，对病变的治疗和防止并发症具有重要意义，是副鼻窦病变首选的检查方法。

Objective To investigate the Paranasal sinus pathological changes, evaluation of CT clinical effects. Methods clinical suspicion for 358 Paranasal sinus pathological changes of patients, CT, and clinical expression CT comparison analysis. Results The mucosal swelling 38 cases, sinus effusions, inflation 153 sample cystic changes,32 cases of spherical nodules semi-cycles or sinus protruding from the inside, soft tissue mass 27 and sample 21 cases, combined with changes in 29 cases change, osteoporosis focal calcification 14 cases. Conclusion CT examination to pathological changes, qualitative diagnosis accuracy, and can clearly show nasal sinus of complex system, the exact anatomical and lesions, the treatment of pathological changes and prevent complications significance, is the first deputy pathological changes.
