炎症型多器官功能障碍综合征早期诊断与抗凝溶栓治疗的临床研究

目的 探讨炎症型多器官功能障碍综合征（ＭＯＤＳ）早期诊断的临床预警指标。方法 总结我院近十年１２７例多器官功能衰竭（ＭＯＦ）病人,对其中５９例炎症型病人进行不同时间段的血液化学连续检测。结果 同步性变化与ＭＯＦ发生呈相关性变化（ｒ＝０．７２）示ＭＯＤＳ早期阶段血液化学“衰竭”的可能性,同时在此阶段给予抗凝溶栓治疗,发现对照组与治疗组病死率差异显著（Ｐ〈０．０５）。结论 ＭＯＤＳ早期存在血液化学“衰

Early diagnoses of the inflammatory multi-organ dysfunctional syndrome and a clinical study on the early treatment of anticoagulant dissolving clot

Objexctive A clinical study of the inflammatory multi - organ dysfunctional syndrome on the early diagnoses.Methods The present thesis is based upon the 127 cases of MOF and 59 cases of initical or induced inflammatory ocurrences,215 cases/times of continuous examination on the blood chemistry of 59 patients. Results Showed that the synchronical changes in different time penods - within 24 hours,24 - 48 hours and 48- 72 hours,are rele- vant to those of the MODS (r = 0.72) in the early phase the blood chemistry becomes "failure ". AS failure of this kind usually occures prior to the failures of vari- ous organs,this discovery has made possible the early diagnoses of inflammatory MODS. The 59 cases of the inflammatory patients divided randomyly into two groups, of the 29 patients is the first group (the early anticoagulant dissolving clot group). 11 cases of the 29 patients died (death the: 37.93% ), while in the oth- er group 23 of the 30 patients died (death rate:76% - 67% ) contrast of the death - rates obvious (P < 0.05).Conclusions The thesis auggests that there ex- ists"failure"of bind chemistry prior to the why phase of MODS. The effective treatment in the early phases may turm the development of MODS to the opposite or favorable direction,thus reducing death rates.
