| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨一种快速检测流行性出血热（EHF）IgM抗体的检测方法，为早期诊断流行性出血热提供诊断依据。方法：将纯化的流行性出血热病毒抗原经胶体金标记，配合抗人μ链抗体，和病人血清进行金标斑点渗透试验。结果：检测28份临床诊断为EHF的患者血清标本，27份EHF－IgM抗体阳性，1份阴性，符合率为96．4％；检测16份非EHF患者的血清样本，1份EHF－IgM抗体阳性，15份为阴性。EHF－IgM抗体在病程第二病日即可检测到。结论：提示胶体金标斑点渗透法检测流行性出血热IgM抗体，操作简便快速，敏感性高，特异性强，可为临床早期诊断提供依据。

| Abstract: | Objective: To Probe and evaluate a new method for anti-EHF-IgM detection. Methods: A colloidal gold labeled purified EHFV antigen with anti-human u chain antibody were prepared for Gold Blot Penetration Test. 44 serum samples were tested for anti-EHF-IgM by the method. Results: The positive rate was 96.4% in 28 patients with EHF, and the false positive rate was 6.25% in 16 patients with other diseases. Furthermore, by the method the anti-EHF-IgM was detectable early on the second day of onset of the disease and continuing for 15 days. Conclusion: Detection of anti-EHF-IGM by Gold Blot Penetrating Test is a speedy, sensitive and convenient method for early diagnosis of EHF. |
