淋巴淤滞对大鼠糖脂代谢的影响

摘    要:目的探讨淋巴淤滞对大鼠糖脂质代谢的影响。方法选用10月龄大鼠,随机分为模型组和对照组。模型组大鼠在腹部膈脚处结扎胸导管,对照组大鼠不结扎胸导管。造模后6个月取静脉血标本进行血脂和血糖检测。结果模型组大鼠血中游离脂肪酸、三酰甘油浓度下降,血糖升高,和对照组相比,差异有统计学意义。结论淋巴淤滞可引起糖脂质代谢紊乱。

Abstract:Objective To determine the effect of lymphatic blockage on the changes of glucose and lipid metabolism of rats.Methods The venous blood was taken for blood glucose and lipid examination at 6 months after the operation.Results The concentrations of free fatty acids(FFA) and triglyceride in the model group was significantly lower than that of the contrul group.The concentrations of gluocose in the model group was significantly higher than that of the contral group.Conclusion The ligation of thoracic duct can contribute to dysfunction of glucose and lipid metabolism.
