摘    要:目的分析新生儿败血症病原菌的种类及细菌耐药情况,为临床治疗提供依据。方法对2008年8月~2010年2月在我院住院治疗经血培养证实并确诊的35例新生儿败血症的临床资料、血培养结果、药物敏感试验进行回顾性分析。结果血培养细菌阳性率21.08%,;35例均为单一菌种生长,革兰阳性菌占97.14%;34例葡萄球菌对万古霉素100%敏感,对青霉素的耐药率达100%。结论葡萄球菌是新生儿败血症的主要病原菌,对多数抗生素耐药。万古霉素首选于易发生暴发性多器官受累的早发型新生儿败血症较为合适,轻症患儿应用呋西地酸、头孢硫咪是较好的选择。

Abstract:Aim To analyze the types of neonatal sepsis and bacterial resistance so as to provide basis for clinical treatment.Methods Through retrospective analysis of 35 cases of confirmed neonatal sepsis clinical data,blood culture results,drug susceptibility testing were analyzed.Results The positive rate of blood culture was 21.08%.In all cases there was a single species growth,gram-positive bacteria accounting for 97.14%.34 cases of staphylococcus totally sensitive to vancomycin,penicillin resistance being 100%.C...
