| 摘 要： | 目的探讨失眠症患者的D型人格特征与社会支持特点,并分析两者的关系。方法采用D型人格问卷、领悟社会支持量表,对49例有失眠症患者和82例健康人(对照组)进行评定。结果失眠症患者D型人格量表的负性情感因子评分高于正常对照组(P0.01),社交抑制评分组间无差异(P0.05);失眠症患者组社会支持总分、家庭外支持、家庭内支持三个维度的评分均明显低于对照组,其差异有统计学差异(P0.05);D型人格的负性情感(NA)及社会抑制(SI)两个维度与社会支持量表评分均呈显著负相关(相关系数-0.311～-0.469)。结论大多数失眠症患者可能属D型人格,其社会支持较差,两者存在一定的关系。
