| 摘 要： | 【目的】分析自体颅骨修补术后骨吸收的原因,探讨其防治方法。【方法】分析1997年1月至2002年7月本院采用自体颅骨修补术后产生骨吸收的原因,并对比改进手术方法后进行自体颅骨修补后的结果。【结果】1997年1月至2002年7月间使用自体颅骨修补的患者13例,术后1年内产生骨瓣浮动或下陷的共8例,其中2例感染,均行二次修补术。而2002年7月至2004年1月改进手术方法进行自体颅骨修补7例患者,术后随访2年以上均未出现自体骨瓣骨吸收。【结论】采用合适的手术方法可以避免自体颅骨修补术后骨吸收的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective]To analyse the causes of bone absorption of autograft skull flap after cranioplasty. Methods]The causes of bone absorption of autograft skull flap were analysed,and the results before and after improved operative skill were compared. Results]Eight of 13 cases with cranioplasty showed absorption of autograft skull flap. After improving operative skill, none of 7 cases showed absorption of autograft skull flap. Conclusion]If correct operative skill is adopted, bone absorption of autograft skull flap can be avoided. |
