48例围产儿死亡原因分析

目的:了解长沙市某区2004年~2005年围产儿的死亡情况,探讨降低其发病率的措施,为卫生行政部门制定预防和健康干预提供参考依据。方法:对2004~2005年的围产儿进行监测登记,资料用Visual Fox2 pro建立数据库,并用SPSS10.0统计软件包对围产儿死亡情况进行χ2检验等统计学分析。结果:监测长沙市某区2004~2005年围产儿共7353名,其中围产儿死亡48例,年平均死亡率为6.53‰,不同年份的围产儿死亡率之间差异有显著性(χ2=25.58,P<0.01);男性围产儿死亡率7.92‰,女性围产儿死亡率为5.04‰,两者差异有显著性(χ2=9.64,P<0.01)。结论:长沙市某区的围产儿死亡率较低,但呈上升趋势,男女围产儿死亡差异有显著性。

Retrospective Analysisof Forty-eight Cases of Perinatal Death

Objective The occurrence of perinatal morbidity among perinata during 2004～2005 in a area of Chang Sha was studied,aimed to provide a database for further intervention.Methods From 2004 through 2005,the perinata surveillance was carried out in a area of Chang Sha hospitals.The analyses were performed on SPSS10.0.Relations between categorical variables were examined by chi-squared test.Results Forty_eight perinatal morbidity were found in the 7353 perinata.The overall incidence rate was 6.53‰.The annua lincidences showed significant differences(χ~2=25.58,P<0.01);as well as the sex differences(male 7.92‰.female 5.04‰;χ~2=9.64,P<0.01).The incidence rate of male was 7.92 ‰ and the rate of female was 5.04‰.Conclusion The perinatal mobidity incidence in a area of Chang Sha was lower as compared with the national data,but showed to be increasing during the observation period,and with significant sex differences.
