中医手法并夹板外固定治疗巴尔通骨折67例

目的]观察巴尔通骨折中医手法的临床疗效。方法]应用中医手法整复并夹板外固定方式,对67例巴尔通骨折进行治疗。结果]据Fernandez评分标准进行腕关节功能的评分,优28例,良29例,一般9例,差1例。优良率85%。骨折愈合时间2-6个月,平均3个月,无不愈合。结论]传统整复固定在临床治疗中具有较好的疗效。
