加味四妙抵当汤治疗慢性前列腺炎40例观察

目的：观察加味四妙抵当汤治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法：将2008年7月～2010年7月的80例门诊患者按就诊先后顺序随机分为中药治疗组和西药对照组各40例,治疗组采用加味四妙抵当汤,对照组采用左氧氟沙星和盐酸特拉唑嗪治疗,两组疗程均为4周,观察临床疗效、NIH-CPSI积分及前列腺液白细胞计数变化。结果：治疗组与对照组比较有效率无显著性差异（P〉0.05）,但愈显率比较有极显著性差异（P〈0.01）,两组治疗后NIH-CPSI疼痛、生活质量和总积分、前列腺液白细胞计数变化有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：加味四妙抵当汤治疗慢性前列腺炎有较好效果。

Observation of 40 Cases of Chronic Prostatitis Treated by Simiao Didang Decoction with Additional Integrants
