中西医结合治疗腰椎间盘突出症86例

目的:观察针刀、臭氧(O3)、骶管灌注、中药综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:86例采用针刀对腰骶部粘连、挛缩等软组织进行切割、松解、疏通,配合臭氧椎旁或腰大肌肌间沟注射,另药物骶管灌注及中药内服。结果:治愈48例,显效23例,有效12例,无效3例,总有效率96.51%。结论:采用针刀、臭氧(O3)、骶管灌注、中药综合治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效明显,安全可靠。

86 Cases of Lumbar Disc Herniation Treated by Combination of TCM and Western Medicine

Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect on lumbar disc herniation treated by combined therapy of needle knife,O3,sacral canal injection and Chinese medicine.Method： 86 cases were treated with needle knife for cutting,releasing and dredging the adhesion and contracture of the soft issues in lumbosacral region,combined with O3 for paravertebral injection or psoas major interscalene injection and Chinese medicine for sacral perfusion and oral administration.Result： Cure occurred in 48 cases,marked effectiveness in 23 cases,effectiveness in 12 cases and ineffectiveness in 3 case,the total effective rate being 96.51%.Conclusion： The clinical therapeutic effect on lumbar disc herniation treated by combined therapy of needle knife,O3,sacral canal injection and Chinese medicine is significant with safety and reliablity.
