| 摘 要： | 目的：观察针刺联合中药熏足对剖宫产术后产妇胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法：90例产妇随机分为观察组50例和对照组40例。对照组采用剖宫产术后常规处理及中药熏足,观察组在与对照组治疗相同的基础上加针刺治疗。结果：观察组术后首次肛门排气时间较对照组提前（P〈0.01）,腹痛腹胀等临床症状较对照组轻。结论：针刺联合中药熏足可促进剖宫产术后产妇胃肠功能的恢复。

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the role of acupuncture combining with feet bathing with traditional Chinese medicine on the improvement of stomach intestine functional restoration of women after cesarean.Methods：A total of 90 postpartal women were divided into test group and control group.The postpartal women in control group were treated by ordinary postoperative treatments and feet bathing with traditional Chinese medicine The postpartal women in test group were additional given acupuncture.Results：The time of anal air exhaust in the two groups was significant difference.The time of passage of gas by anus in the test group was more shorter（P0.01）.Conclusion：Acupuncture combining with feet bathing with traditional Chinese medicine can obviously promote stomach intestine functional restoration of women after cesarean. |
