失血性休克大鼠血清游离脂肪酸及甘油三酯水平变化分析

摘    要:目的探讨失血性休克大鼠血清游离脂肪酸(FFA)及甘油三酯(TG)水平在不同程度及时相失血性休克中的变化规律。方法雄性Wistar大鼠50只,随机分为5组:正常对照组(sham hemorrhage shock,SHS)10只;重度失血性休克(refractory hemorrhagic shock,RHS)组10只;中度失血性休克组(moderate hemorrhagic shock,MHS)30只,按休克后采血时间的不同又分为休克30 min组(MHS-30 min)10只、休克60 min组(MHS-60 min)10只及休克120 min组(MHS-120 min)10只。采用ELISA方法及酶法分别对各组血清FFA及TG浓度进行检测。结果①MHS各组及RHS组血清FFA水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.01),而TG水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.01);RHS组血清FFA及TG水平均明显低于MHS组(P<0.01);②MHS三不同时相组之间比较:血清FFA水平随休克时间延长逐渐下降,MHS-60 min组较MHS-30 min组显著下降(P<0.01),MHS-120 min组较MHS-60 min组显著下降(P<0.05);TG水平呈先上升后下降的趋势,MHS-60 min组TG水平分别是MHS-30 min组及MHS-120 min组的2.28倍和1.99倍(P<0.01)。结论不同程度失血性休克大鼠血清FFA及TG水平存在显著差异,且随着休克的发展呈动态变化,监测血清FFA及TG水平对了解失血性休克条件下机体的能量代谢具有重要意义。

Study on the level variety of serum free fatty acid and triglyceride in rats suffered from to hemorrhagic shock
Abstract:Objective To detect the serum free fatty acid(FFA) and triglyceride(TG) of rats suffered from hemorrhagic shock(HS) and to study the changing regularity of FFA and TG at different degree and phase in HS.Method Fifty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: sham hemorrhagic shock(SHS);refractory hemorrhagic shock(RHS);moderate hemorrhagic shock(MHS) which were subdivided into MSH-30 min,MSH-60 min and MSH-120 min following shock.The levels of serum FFA and TG were detected respectively.Results 1) Compared with SHS,the levels of FFA decreased,and those of TG increased significantly in MHS and RHS(P<0.01).Compared with MHS,the levels of FFA and TG both decreased in RHS(P<0.01).2) With the prolongation of shock time the levels of FFA decreased continuously.The levels in MHS-60 min were lower than those in MHS-30 min group(P<0.01),and the levels in MHS-120 min were lower than those in MHS-60 min(P<0.01).The levels of TG in MHS-60 min was the highest,they were 2.28 and 1.99 times as mach as those in MHS-30 min and MHS-120 min respectively(P<0.01).Conclusion The serum levels of FFA and TG are different in rats suffered from HS of different degree and vary dynamics with the prolongation of shock time,which is helpful to detect the levels of serum FFA and TG thus to understand the variation of energy metabolism in rat suffered from HS.
