中西医结合治疗肛肠病术后长效止痛的临床研究

目的]探讨研究肛肠病术后疼痛问题。方法]对100例肛肠病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果]肛肠病手术后采用中西医结合疗法,创面疼痛感明显减轻;本组100例中手术后无痛及Ⅰ°疼痛81例,占81%:Ⅱ°疼痛18例,占18%:Ⅲ°疼痛1例,占1%。结论]采用自拟中药汤剂口服并联合复方亚甲蓝配比液术区注射进行综合治疗能有效减轻肛肠病术后疼痛,促进术后康复。

Integrative Medicine Anorectal Long-Term Pain Relief After Surgery of Clinical Research

Objective]Study the problem of anorectal pain.Method]100 cases of anorectal patients’ clinical data were analyzed retrospectively.Result]Using the combined method of traditional chinese and Western medicine to treat the postoperative pains after anorectal operations can obviously alleviate the wound pains.Among the 100 cases in this group,there are 81 cases without postoperative pain or with Ⅰdegree pains,accounting for 81%;18 cases with II degree pains,accounting for 18%;1 case with III degree pains,accounting for 1%.Conclusion]The combined treatment by orally taking chinese traditional medicine and injecting compound methylene blue on the operation area can effectively alleviate the postoperative pains after anorectal operations and promote the postoperative recovery.
